Embracing Gaia One:
The following sequence of videos is an attempt to address the planetary crisis most frequently described by the symptom of “global warming”. I say “symptom” because “global warming” is in a sense only one aspect of our disregard and ignorance of our planetary interdependence: our psychological ill-health and its related physical illnesses are another as I suspect are also many of the political and religious atrocities our present time suffers from.
The videos are my attempt in later life to offer some succour ad suggest small practical steps we all could take to try to save ourselves and others from a slide down the road to eventual extinction as a civilised species.
Thanks Tony, I loved the shape and direction. The earth and our relationship to it is close to me so I loved your simplicity and am waiting with interest to the follow up videos

Here is the poem Billy sent me :
Song of Amergin Glúingel
(A druid poet.)
From The Book of Leinster
(Compiled by the scribe Áed Ua Crimthainn, Abbot of what is now Terryglass, Co. Tipperary. Circa 1160.)
I am the wind which breathes upon the sea,
I am the wave of the ocean,
I am the murmur of the billows,
I am the ox of the seven combats,
I am the vulture upon the rocks,
I am the beam of the sun,
I am the fairest of plants,
I am the wild boar in valour,
I am a salmon in the water,
I am a lake in the plain,
I am a word of science,
I am the point of the lance of battle,
I am the god who created in the head the fire,
Who is it who throws light into meeting on the mount?
Who announces the ages of the moon?
Who teaches the place where couches the sun?
(If not I)
